In September 2022, Lambournes was taken on by Mark and Tracy Jones, who, together with their children Henri and Ella, continue the traditional values of a family-run butcher while building on the shop\u2019s rich heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our customers include loyal local residents as well as visitors enjoying everything the Cotswolds has to offer. Over the years, Lambournes has evolved with the times \u2013 the shop once even had its own slaughterhouse at the rear \u2013 but our commitment to craftsmanship and personal service has never changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Traceability is central to what we do. We know exactly where our meat comes from and are always happy to share that information with our customers. No order is too large or too small: whether you\u2019re looking for a single chop rather than a pre-packed portion, or catering for a special event, we\u2019re here to help.
